A free Starter Ride with GPS account lets you access simple tools for planning trips and recording rides. A Basic upgrade will unlock a full suite of features in the mobile app like Turn-by-Turn Voice NavigationMobile Route PlanningLive Logging, and Offline Maps.  Or, become a Premium member to add on advanced route planning tools.

Web Subscriptions

Upgrade

You can compare and choose a subscription level on our website here. Subscriptions taken out here will sync with your Ride with GPS app via your account, and will be purchased directly from Ride with GPS, without using the App Store or Play Store as reseller. 

Cancel

To cancel your next web subscription renewal, follow the steps below: 

  1. Select your profile icon in the upper right corner
  2. Click Manage Subscription. (Note: if you don't see this, it means that the account you are logged in to is a free Starter account that has never had a subscription or free trial activated on it.)
  3. Select "Free" from these options to cancel subscription, or select a different billing and subscription level to change your subscription.
  4. Click Confirm Change.

    

 

Update Payment Method

  1. Log into your account on our website: www.ridewithgps.com 
  2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner 
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Click Update Payment Method > enter your details > Click Save
  1. Log into your account at www.ridewithgps.com. 
  2. Click your profile icon from the upper right corner of the main menu.
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Click Transaction Log
  5. Click Receipt to the right of your relevant purchase.

Your browser will then prompt you or automatically download the file receipt.pdf that you can then open with any PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat. You’ll likely find this in your downloads folder, but browser configuration may vary.

 

App Store Subscriptions

Upgrade

From a Free Starter Account

If you access a paid feature in the iPhone app as a free member, you'll be given the option to upgrade and unlock paid features via an in-app purchase. These memberships can be managed in the App Store, via the Apple ID that was used to complete the transaction. 

From a Paid Basic Account

If you have an existing Basic subscription, and want to upgrade to Premium, reach out to info@ridewithgps.com. We can set you up with a prorated upgrade.

Cancel

If you purchased your subscription through the app on iPhone, you can cancel your next renewal within your App Store settings.

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Ride with GPS.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.
  6. Note: If you see a “Renew” option, then you have canceled already.

  1. Open the GooglePlay app on your phone
  2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Tap Ride with GPS > tap Cancel Subscription

FAQs:

  • How do I apply a discount token? 
    • These can only be applied to subscriptions purchased on our website. Be sure to apply them before you sign up for a subscription. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner > Settings > Access Token > enter token.
  •  My upgrade isn't showing up on the app/website.
    • Log out of your account and then log back in to push your subscription through. Be sure you are using the correct account credentials across both the web and app platforms.
  • How do I access my club membership benefits?
